As an expert in alternative medicines, one question that I get asked on a daily basis is "How do you cure a yeast infection?". This question itself isn't difficult to answer, but because there are so many different guides, supplements and other ideas out there - choosing the right treatment can be difficult.

• Speed of Cure - How quickly did the cure help to relieve symptoms, and ultimately cure the problem?
• Effectiveness in Permanently Curing the Problem - Did the cure get to the root of the problem, and cure the yeast infection permanently?
• Worked for Men as Well as Women - Men can also suffer from yeast infections. Was the cure effective in curing the problem for men as well as women.
• Safety - Did the guide or supplement include ideas or herbs that were safe? With the supplements especially there were a few that were deemed unsafe before we even tested.
• Value for the Cost - Did the yeast infection cure provide value for the money?
• Overall Rating - Based on everything else, how did the yeast cure rate overall?

With each yeast infection cure we both evaluated them as professionals, and with those that were deemed safe we then had tested by our volunteer groups. The cures were evaluated over a 2 week period of time, and then we revisited the results after one month and two months to ensure the problem was taken care of permanently.
